I am John Cloke, a licensed Realtor with Century 21 Maximum and a proud member of the Melissa Morin Team. I serve Red Deer and Central Alberta with a straightforward, client first approach built on trust, communication, and results.

I was born and raised in Saskatchewan and moved to Alberta in 2005, settling in Red Deer. Over the years, I have lived in Red Deer, Blackfalds, and Stettler, giving me a strong understanding of Central Alberta communities and the people who live and work here.

Before real estate, my background was in oil, gas, and coal. Those years shaped my work ethic and values. I come from blue collar roots where reliability, accountability, and showing up every day mattered. Throughout that chapter of my career, I took on leadership roles, managing teams, mentoring others, and being trusted with responsibility in demanding environments.

That leadership experience became the foundation for my transition into real estate. The shift from blue collar to white collar was not about changing who I am. It was about applying the same discipline, problem solving, and people focused leadership to a profession where advocacy and trust matter just as much.

Real estate is more than transactions to me. It is about relationships, advocacy, and making sure my clients feel confident at every step. I am known for being reliable, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile.
